Elena Gillespie serves as a consultant to the Board of Directors of Woodstock Corporation and to the Board of Managers of Coal, Energy Investments & Management, LLC. As Executive Vice President of Woodstock Services Company, LLC, she advises on the implementation of changes to the delivery of trustee services to clients of the company and, specifically in transitioning responsibilities to next–generation trustees and beneficiaries.

Elena joined Woodstock in 2003, bringing many years of experience in public accounting and advising individuals and corporate clients on financial, tax and management issues. She is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Society of Compliance Professionals. She is also an Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP^SM).

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a BBA in Business Administration – Accounting, Elena also received an MS in Taxation from Suffolk University. She serves on the board of directors of the Canton, MA, Historical Society, for which she is the treasurer, and formerly served as treasurer and member on the board of the Lupus Foundation of New England.
